That means that each and every one of our deliveries is brought inside your front door by our expert, professional delivery partners. No more need to worry about wrangling that bulky sofa in from the curb!

How will it ship?

We know how exciting it is to receive some brand new, high quality furniture. We also know how quickly that excitement can turn to stress as you wonder how you're going to get all that shiny new stuff out of its boxes and put it all together! That's why we offer an upgrade to White Glove Delivery for only $100 per order. With White Glove Delivery, our delivery team will unpack, assemble, and move your furniture into the room of your choice. They'll even clean up after themselves when they're done and remove all of the packaging materials. No mess, no fuss, and no work for you!

What are my options?

Small Parcel- We will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Threshold Delivery - A freight carrier delivers this item. We call this delivery 'Threshold' because the delivery company will deliver the items through your front door, but you'll need to unbox, assemble, and move the furniture to the room of your choice by yourself. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you may require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery.

White Glove Freight - Many large or fragile items will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery for the customer. That means no heavy lifting or messy clean up for you. With White Glove Delivery, a team of delivery personnel from the freight company will bring your new furniture into the room of your choice, unpack it, and assemble it. They will even remove and dispose of all packaging, leaving your home looking brand new!

How does delivery work?

All of our Threshold and White Glove delivery providers do require a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery. A representative from the delivery company will contact you two to three days in advance by phone or email to schedule a delivery window. Most delivery windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Once we send you your tracking information, you can call the carrier directly to get more information, provide specific instructions, or arrange for additional services. A responsible party must be present at the time of delivery to sign a receipt. Our freight partners will not leave deliveries unattended. Please note that if you are not available at the time of the delivery appointment a $99 redelivery charge will apply for redelivering your order.

At the time of delivery please make sure to unpack and inspect your package for any damages that may have occurred during transit before accepting and signing the delivery confirmation. If there is any significant damage please refuse the delivery by taking the following steps:

A) Fill out the product inspection section of the delivery confirmation and clearly write “product damaged” in the comments field.
B) Fill out the customer delivery acceptance section of the delivery confirmation and choose “NO” in the Delivery accepted field.
